More about me...

I am a French-Australian educator, and certified ADHD Life coach dedicated to supporting ADHD families by helping them address challenges and embrace their strengths.

After spending over 20 years as a lawyer working between France and Australia, I found the opportunity to transition into something I am deeply passionate about—working with children and teens. Nine years ago, I founded Happy Builder, an organisation where I lead educational workshops using building blocks, teamwork, and a strengths-based approach to help kids and teenagers build confidence, understand their motivation and personal strenghts and foster connection.

ADHD journey

ADHD became a personal journey for me six years ago when my youngest daughter was diagnosed, followed by my eldest daughter at age 16. Their diagnoses offered me invaluable insight into the diverse symptoms, strengths, and challenges associated with ADHD. As a family, we transitioned from the chaos and guilt of daily struggles to a space of learning, self-awareness, and more effective communication. Yet, the journey is rarely linear—ADHD is a complex , often accompanied by coexisting conditions and presenting differently throughout a person life time.

Vision

Understanding ADHD is essential, but it does not define an individual. Coaching plays a crucial role in shifting the focus to discovering a person’s strengths, interests, talents, and values—an approach far more empowering than being confined by a list of symptoms.

In my work with children, teenagers, and adults, I am continually inspired by their creativity, determination, and spontaneity—qualities that can be uniquely leveraged.

As an ADHD coach, my mission is to help individuals understand what ADHD means for them personally, become confident self-advocates, and navigate their unique journeys with resilience and self-belief.
